Presence of Un-Knowing (or: What Is It That You Know?)
Curator: Buganim Eitan, Heiman Michal
7 Aug — 9 August, 2006
The works will be screened continuously in the evenings from 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm
“A series of video and film works will be screened in honor of the International Pride Week. Some of them are new, created by artists, most of them recent graduates from art schools and film schools. For us, an interesting presence of un-knowing links the films we have chosen. The creators, consciously or sub-consciously, refrain from the use of unnecessary force. This presence of un- knowing opens the expansive field of observation.” (Michal Heiman and Eitan Buganim, curators)
The series is supported by the Jerusalem Foundation in collaboration with Open House – the Jerusalem organization for the homo-lesbian-bi-trans community
