The Artists House is pleased to present Cycle No.10 of the Nidbah.

The project, which began in 1992, has to date, exhibited over 90 artists, the majority of whom reflect “additional layers” in contemporary Israeli art. During the course of this year and the beginning of next year, the Artists House will prepare a catalog embodying a comprehensive portrait of the artists involved in this series, including a critique of the project itself.

Stacey Kovner graduated from the Avni Institute for Art and Design, Tel Aviv.

This is her first solo exhibit of paintings. Kovner’s large paintings express the cycle of “trauma” – the trauma site. Kovner’s works embody a flirtation with death. A Decade of Nidbah
