Guiding Lights

The light is one of the strong expressions in the artistic world of the veteran artist Rakia. The work of Rakia shows the constant search of the mystic existence and the relation between our earthy existence and the cosmic system that surround us. The shapes and colors are ways of thinking about the cyclic of the cosmos, while the human figure rarely appears in Rakia s art. The main theme of the exhibition “Guiding Lights” is the flexibility of the light.
