It includes drawings, etchings and collages, some of which are exhibited for the first time at the Artists House. The exhibition features figurative drawings by the young Shemi (aged 20), drawings from his \u201cNew Horizons\u201d period and drawings on paper napkins. Oil paintings on paper are also on display. Sixty years of Shemi\u2019s monumental compositions are exhibited through the papers, some of which are independent works, and others \u2013 outlines for future sculptural work. Observation of the works reveals that Shemi\u2019s powerful line is clearly expressed via the delicate paper medium.
