Sparks are created by the friction between Tareef\u2019s intellectual approach and his unique cultural narratives. He researches and confronts traditional materials, thus mapping their roots and transforming them into old\/new substances. The outcome contains shadows of the narratives, able to be decoded only by an eye skilled in the history of local<br \/>\ncrafts, such as exist in the material culture characteristic of our geographical-historico-cultural space.
