Two artists has joined this year: Korin Abisdris and Matia Oren.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Korin Abisdris is an interdisciplinary artist who addresses the self-portrait as a fluid image. Her oeuvre consists primarily of quick illustrative paintings\/drawings in which she culls from the stream of images flooding our present in the social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, mobile phones, television, and cinema.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Matia Oren\u2018s works refuse to be fixed in a single state, conducting a constant struggle with the possibility of giving a solid visual form to human existence, which is \u201ccondemned\u201d to be free. They constantly shift between abstraction and figuration, reflecting the eternal transitions experienced by our consciousness. The excess in Matia Oren\u2019s paintings is an existentialist expression of being.
